Job Description:

As Enterprise Sales Manager for BenQ, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct client engagement for our main B2B partners. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time visiting customers and you will be responsible to develop, drive and grow the Vertical and Gaming Monitors, Large Format Displays (Digital Signage, Integrated Flat Panels) and Video-Projectors (ProAV line) business in South Italy.
•Establish and own the territorial and major accounts plans and sales strategies aimed at serving, protecting and expanding customer based.
• Develop a strong direct touch sales pipeline with an Enterprise Market List, focused on different market with a hunting approach.
• Drive business meetings in the field.
• Accurate account and pipeline management with professional-level of forecasting.
• Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and understanding of the BenQ offering and the value proposition to drive to real business outcomes.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close working with Channel Partner.
•Availability to travel for 50% of job time in Italy and abroad


Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of direct selling experience in B2B sales preferably in IT Company
• Experience of working with tenders, negotiations and bid management
• Familiar with partner business models and requirements to develop successful co-operation with channel partners
• Good understanding of display visual solution/products
• Good knowledge of MS Office software and Salesforce platform
• For this role it is crucial that you have the capability to multitask and manage several topics simultaneously. Able to prioritize when needed.
• Established relationships in the Enterprise and public sector
• Proven track record in ability to generate business

Job Description:

B2C Sales Manager will will be responsible to develop, drive and grow the B2C Monitors & Videoprojectors business with etailer and vertical partners in Italy. He will look after the assigned Partners as well as the appearance of the BenQ and Zowie Products in this specialised and visible Channel.
•Cover assigned Resellers/Partners within the country
• Gain new Resellers/Partners to complete coverage and growth business
• Develop existing Resellers/Partners & increase Market share of BenQ and Zowie Products
• Strenghten BenQ and Zowie awareness by product demo and workshop
• Number One BenQ Person to speak to for assigned Partners
•Proactively monitor and manage Partners satisfaction
•Implement local Promotions
• Use Resellers/Partners as multiplier in reaching end-users
• Use Resellers/Partners as Marketing-Platform to reach SMB Customers
•Must have an affinity for marketing as well


Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of direct selling experience in B2C sales preferably in IT Company
• Experience from working with retail and etailer partners
• Familiar with Monitors and Videoprojectors products
• Good knowledge of MS Office software and knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central is a plus.
